We created this wonderful card at my May 2021 FMN (Forget Me Not) Class that I hope will give you a little inspiration. While I kept this one neutral with shades of gray, you can easily customize it for the school colors of your choice-LOVE THIS!

This layout was inspired by a project by Debbie O’Neil.

Create the best-dressed projects using the Suit & Tie Dies. Add accents or create an entire shirt front. Go formal or casual and use the colors and paper you want–the choice is yours. Try them on handmade cards, scrapbook pages, and other paper crafts.

Today I am sharing a fast & easy alternate BONUS project my Paper Pumpkin subscribers that attended the October FMN class got to make using the stamp set from the September 2019 Bone Appétit Paper Pumpkin Kit.

I wrapped the stamped Pumpkin Pie cardstock layer with some twine I had leftover from last Septembers kit before securing it to the card front.

The ornate frame dies add the perfect touch to frame my sentiment. I just love all the details!

Do you love all the fun decorations, dressing up as your favorite character and participating in some ghoulish fun during the Halloween season?

The September 2019 Bone Appétit Paper Pumpkin Kit is perfect to get your creative juices flowing as you prepare for all your Halloween festivities. Today I am sharing an alternate project I made with this kit. This card and it’s dancing skeletons just makes me smile. Wouldn’t your friends & family love to get a fabulous card like this in the mail this season?

I created my own designer paper by stamping the skeleton images all over the Basic Black cardstock layer with Craft White ink. I purposely didn’t ink up the image really well so they would look a bit like an x-ray. What do you think?

The orange and black stripe layer is created by cutting the tops off one of the treat boxes in the kit.

Do you save all your leftover pieces from each of your kits? The leftover twine from last years September kit adds a nice touch to complete my project!

Did you get the September 2019 Bone Appétit Paper Pumpkin Kit? This kit is just fabulous…it has so many super cute elements to make some great Halloween projects.

The kit is intended to make some spooktacular treat boxes, but I thought I would open up a couple of the boxes and create a fun door hanger/ornament.

I used the Gleaming Ornament punch pack to punch out 20 of each of the larger and smaller ornament.

15 of each were punched from the boxes and the other 5 from Basic Black cardstock.

I scored and folded the 15 punched ornament in half and then adhered 3 ornaments together to create each point on the ornament. The black ornament was left flat and adhered to the back of each point.

One end of each group was adhered to a 2-1/2″ Basic Black cardstock circle.

After both layers of the ornaments were in place, I decorated the center using the tags, a 1-3/8″ punched Basic Black scallop circle, Vellum circle and the fun bone spiderweb.

The skeleton hands added a nice finishing touch around the outer edge.

I really wanted to incorporate the dancing skeletons so I grabbed some of the leftover twine from last years kit to create a tail and added them.

I covered the twine on the back with a 1-1/2″ punched Basic Black cardstock circle.

In the pic below you can see how the back side looks.

Each of the skeletons are popped up on a 1-1/2″ punched Basic Black cardstock circle.

I added just a bit of tone on tone stamping on the card base and adjusted the twine.

Are you loving the fun images in the June 2019 A Little Smile Paper Pumpkin kit? Today I am sharing a lovely alternate card I made with the stamp set from the kit.

I really like the softness created with the Seaside Spray ink color and the emboss resist technique.

Have you ever tried the emboss resist technique? It’s super easy to create. For this project I stamped the sand-dollars in Versamark ink and heat embossed with Clear Powder. I then used a sponge and applied the Seaside Spray ink over the top of the embossed images. Super cool right?

Card Layers:

• 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ Thick White cardstock
• 2-3/4″ x 4-3/4″ Whisper White cardstock
• 2″ x 4″ Whisper White cardstock
• 1-3/4″ x 3-3/4″ Whisper White cardstock- die cut with largest skinny rectangle

I added a 1-3/4″ x 3″ Vellum cardstock layer to the card front before adding the layers of the focal point.

The Stitched Nested labels were perfect to add in another layer to the stamped sentiment.

Today I am sharing the gorgeous BONUS card that my Paper Pumpkin subscribers got to make at my May 2019 Forget Me Not (FMN) card class this past weekend, using the April 2019 Sentimental Rose Paper Pumpkin Kit stamp set.

The exclusive stamp sets that come in each of the monthly kits can be used for years to come to create so many great projects. The Distinktive images in this stamp set are just stunning.

I love the simplicity of the neutral tones on this project. It gives such an elegant feel don’t you think?

I split the layer after I stamped the images and stamped the sentiment directly onto the card base. You could use just about any sentiment…Mother’s Day, birthday, sympathy, thank you etc… with these beautiful stamped images.

• 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ (folded in half) Thick White cardstock
• 4-1/4″ x 4″ Thick White cardstock- cut apart at 1-3/4″ down from the top after stamping.

Today I am sharing a quick celebration card that can be used for a male or a female. This project could easily be used to celebrate all the fun events in life…a new home, birthday, graduation, new baby, wedding, anniversary or even a job promotion.

This one was inspired by a card I saw created by Julie DeMattio.

The Birthday Cheer stamp set has some spectacular sentiments and great whimsical images. Simply change up the color combination for each event you are celebrating to communicate the perfect look, tone and excitement.

• 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ (folded in half) Basic Black cardstock
