Shirt with Bow Tie card by Wendy Lee, #creativeleeyours, Stampin' Up!, bow builder punch, Flashback DSP, masculine

Today I am sharing a super cool masculine card that can be used for any occasions. This card design was shared with me by Diemonds team member Sheila Tatum.

To create the shirt (card base) start out with a piece of 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ designer series paper (DSP). I used the Flashback DSP for my card.

Score in 2 1/8″ on each end to create a gate fold.

Add some sticky strip at the bottom edge of the center section of the DSP and fold the ends in so they meet in the center.

Then fold the top edge down to create your shirt collar. I used glue dots to hold mine in place.

I then added some gold buttons and a bow tie I made using the Bow Builder punch to complete the look.

For the inside card I used a piece of 5 1/8″ x 4 1/8″ Real Red cardstock and layered a piece of 4 7/8″ x 3 7/8″ Very Vanilla cardstock. My greeting is stamped in Basic Grey ink using the stamps from the April Paper Pumpkin kit.
