Do love a nature-inspired Holiday card to send to your friends? Rustic pinecone’s and sprigs of greenery just get me in the Holiday spirit. Who says you have to stick with the basic red’s and green’s that typically represent the season. Let’s change it up a bit by pulling in some non-traditional colors to make your card really stand out among the rest!

Today’s project is just one of the beautiful cards we created at my October 2021 FMN (Forget Me Not) Class where I featured the Christmas Season bundle to create a elegant card that I hope will give you a little inspiration. Adorn all your yuletide greetings with the nature-inspired images of this Christmas Season Stamp Set. These versatile pinecone and holly berry images are perfect for card making in a range of looks—use with natural colors and embellishments for a calming, peace-of-the-season greeting, or add some shimmery bling for a delightful dazzling effect. This is a Two-Step Stampin’ set; it allows you to layer two or more images to create one final image with extra texture and dimension in the colors you want. LOVE IT!

I elevated this project with the elegant pine bough pattern created by one of the Wintry 3D Embossing Folders by giving the card inside some dimension and texture. These folders are perfect for card backgrounds and other elements for paper projects.

It’s easy to make a great impression! Just place flat cardstock in this embossing folder, run it through a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine, and out comes cardstock with a bold textured design. 3D embossing folders take embossing to the next level, with deeper, more detailed impressions than standard embossing folders.
