Do you have a favorite fun fold? One of my favorites is an easel card. Why you ask…they are super easy to create and still have a wonderful wow factor, which I personally love!

Today I am sharing a lovely side easel card created by Jennifer Hamlin for our recent Diemonds Team swap featuring the year round sentiments found in the Thinking Thanks & Peace Stamp Set from the July-December 2021 Mini Catalog that is ending soon. I had completely missed this awesome set on page 62. Most greetings in the set are large enough to fill a card front, and some greetings also include a small image so you can stamp two images with a single stamp! Use with heat embossing products for a glossy look or to create an emboss resist look. LOVE it!

For the focal point on the easel portion of the card, Jennifer layered the Die-cut Mossy Meadow cardstock over the top of the Beauty of the Earth Designer Series Paper (DSP). The Intricate Leaves Dies are one of my favorites. Use the open dies to cut out stamped images, or use the detailed dies to create quick accents. You’ll use these dies all year long—just change the color of cardstock to reflect the changing seasons. You can also layer the detailed dies over cardstock or patterned paper so the bottom layer peeks through as Jennifer did on her project!

Do you like to create little treats to set out on your holiday table for your guests?

Today I am sharing a lovely treat holder created by Jennifer Hamlin for our recent Diemonds Team swap where she created this beautiful treat holder using a few fall inspired products. I think this would be wonderful to add your guests names to customize each place setting.

Get lost in the woods with the forest-themed patterned papers in the Beauty of the Earth Designer Series Paper. This high-quality printed paper pack includes various outdoor-themed images, prints, and patterns. Use them to create masculine projects and more.

You can cut out a treeful of leaves in no time when you use the Intricate Leaves Dies. Use the open dies to cut out stamped images, or use the detailed dies to create quick accents. You’ll use these dies all year long—just change the color of cardstock to reflect the changing seasons. You can also layer the detailed dies over cardstock or patterned paper so the bottom layer peeks through. I love how Jennifer added Wink of Stella to the leaf. It’s just so beautiful!

For the inside pocket:

• Start by scoring 5-7/8″ x 2-3/4″ Gray Granite cardstock at 3/8″, 5/8″, 7/8″, 3-1/8″, 3-3/8″ and 3-3/4″
• Fold along score lines in a “w” shape.
• Add adhesive to 3/8″ tab and adhere ends together.

For the outer matchbook:

• Start by scoring at 2-3/4″, 7-3/8″ Gray Granite cardstock at 3″, 3-1/2″ and 6-3/4″.
• Fold along score lines to create the matchbook shape.
• Place bottom of inside pocket along last score line and fold tab on outer matchbook up. Staple through all layers.
• Decorate outside of matchbook
  • 2-1/2″ x 2-3/4″ DSP
  • 2-1/2″ x 3/8″ DSP
  • 2-1/4″ x 3″ Merry Merlot cardstock- die cut leaf

Today I am sharing a wonderful Double Box Fun Fold card created by Belinda Rodgers for our recent Diemonds Team swap where she combined the Welcoming Woods stamp set and Beauty Of The Earth Designer Series Paper (DSP). I love how easy it is to mix and match our products to create the perfect card for any occasion.

If trees are the answer, what’s the question? In this case, the question is, “Who in my life needs a handmade card from me?” That’s easy—everyone! Who’s having a birthday? Who deserves congratulations? Who needs to know you’re thinking of them? With the Welcoming Woods Stamp Set, you can make cards for all of these occasions and more. Stamp snowflakes for winter or leaves in the color of the season, then add some color using your favorite coloring tools. You’ll find year-round uses for these realistic images and variety of sentiments. This is a Distinktive stamp set; it has a special texture that gives added depth and dimension in a single step, creating photo-realistic images.

I love how Belinda added some texture behind the stamped trees with a sponge dauber and a little bit of Balmy Blue ink.

Today I have a delightful Side Flip Flap Fun Fold that we created at my July 2021 FMN (Forget Me Not) Class that I hope will give you a little inspiration. This one even has a cool partial die-cut side opening as well. LOVE it!

I must admit, I really enjoy a fun fold card that folds flat and fits inside our standard Medium Envelopes!

I also pulled in sentiments from the Biggest Wish as well as the Color & Contour stamp sets. Isn’t Stampin’ Up!s coordination simply awesome? It makes paper crafting so much easier.

The Butterfly Brilliance Stamp Set is perfect for every butterfly occasion. Not only is the art style realistically detailed which allows for a wide range of versatility, these butterflies are modeled after butterfly species from around the world! The butterflies on this single stamp are arranged for an easy background stamp, or alternatively, use a masking technique to stamp individual butterflies! I used Cherry Cobbler, Pumpkin Pie, Basic Black and Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends to give the butterfly some fun color.
