Today I am sharing the BONUS card my class participants had the opportunity to make at my December 2017 FMN class featuring the Sweet Cupcake stamp set.
This layout was inspired by a card I saw created by Kimberly VanDiepen.
Who doesn’t love a good cupcake? Even your most gluten intolerant friends can enjoy a bite of these cute pastries! With this stamp set you can wish them a happy birthday, thank them so much, or tell them that they are the best. No matter which you choose, they’ll think that it’s sweet.
We even added icing to the cupcake with our embossing paste. Love how this turned out!
On the inside of the card we used the super cool Happy Birthday Thinlits to create our giant sentiment on the inside of the card.
Did you notice the embossed snowflake on the vellum layer? It gives a nice soft wintery (not sure this is really a word) look to the card front.
