Today I am sharing the BONUS card my Paper Pumpkin subscribers got to make at my May 2017 FMN class featuring the retiring Tie Dyed and A Sara Thing (from the April 2017 paper pumpkin kit) stamp sets.

This quick masculine card is perfect to let the men in your life know they are special. I made mine a Fathers Day card.

Card Layers:

• 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ (folded in half) Soft Suede card base
• 3 1/8″ x 4 3/8″ Sahara Sand cardstock
• 2 5/8″x 3 7/8″ Very Vanilla cardstock
• 2 1/2″ x 3 3/4″ Very Vanilla cardstock- stamped
• 2 1/8″ x 3 1/4″ Very Vanilla cardstock- stamp/die cut

Today I am sharing a lovely card I made for my recent Diemonds team swap I recently participated in featuring the Tie Dyed stamp set.

This is a Two-Step Stampin’ set with groovy tie-dye inspired stamps that will really help you feel the funk. Can you dig it?

I love how this one turned out.

Card Layers:

• 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ (folded in half) Flirty Flamingo cardstock base
• 5 1/4″ x 4 1/4″ Whisper White cardstock- inside card
• 2 3/4″ x 4 1/4″ Whisper White cardstock
• 2 3/4″ x 4 1/4″ Vellum cardstock

I really wanted a higher concentration of the hearts towards the top of the card so I placed the cardstock in the folder so it left the lower half of the card un-embossed (is this a word?)

Do you love the Ombre look of the letters? I created this look by inking up the entire letter with Blushing Bride ink and then tapped it in the Flirty Flamingo ink (going up between halfway and three-quarters up on the letter). Next I tapped the lower part of the letter in the Melon Mambo ink and then stamped onto the Whisper White cardstock. A quick run through the Big Shot to cut the letters out and I was ready to put the layers together.

I adhered the letters to the front of the 2 3/4″ x 4 1/4″ piece of Vellum cardstock with snail adhesive. Your silicone mat sure comes in handy when applying adhesive to thinner pieces.

I stamped the tie die heart image using Blushing Bride ,Flirty Flamingo and Melon Mambo ink. I love how cool this 3-step image turned out.

Next I punched the shape out with the Sweetheart punch and then covered the heart with my favorite, Clear Wink of Stella.

I added the heart to the Vellum layer with Stampin’ Dimensionals and then adhered the layer to a 2 3/4″ x 4 1/4″ piece of Whisper White cardstock. I offset the Vellum a bit so it sat a bit higher than the white cardstock beneath it.

Normally I adhere my cardstock layers together before adding the due-cut details, but since you can see your adhesive through the Vellum, I decided to do this after my die-cuts were in place. This allowed me to place the adhesive behind the images so it would not show through.

Adhere a piece of the AWESOME ribbon from the Sale-a-bration FREE products with glue dots, wrapping ends to the back of the cardstock.

When I stamped the heart on the inside layer I didn’t do all 3 steps and changed the outer part of the image to be in the Flirty Flamingo instead of the Melon Mambo ink since I was adding the greeting over the top of the image.

Today I am sharing a fun tie dye love card I made using the new Tie Dyed stamp set from the Occasions catalog.

This colorful card would make a great Valentine card.

I don’t think the pictures show the great details very well, but hopefully you can see where I embossed the swirl image from the stamp set in clear powder over the stamped layers to give it a bit more texture.

• 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ (folded in half) Tempting Turquoise cardstock base- stamp/emboss far right edge
• 5 1/4″ x 3 1/4″ Elegant Eggplant
