Today, I’m excited to share a project that’s perfect for any occasion. Whether it’s a birthday, thank you, or just because, this card will surely bring a smile to your friend’s face. I am thrilled to be sharing this special bonus project with all of my Cultivated Creativity subscribers this month.
In this tutorial, we’ll be using the Latte Love stamp set and coordinating dies from Stampin’ Up! to create a beautiful, custom-made card. I’ll walk you through creating your own patterned paper, adding stunning focal points, and finishing with eye-catching embellishments.

Step-by-Step Instructions
- Create Your Patterned Paper: Start by stamping the images from the Latte Love stamp set all over your cardstock to create a unique background. Heat emboss the stamped images to add texture and shine. This will form the base of your card, making it truly one-of-a-kind.
- Add Splatter Effects: Use Stampin’ Blends to splatter ink over your stamped background. This adds an artistic touch and creates visual interest.
- Prepare the Focal Point: Cut out an image directly from the coordinating Designer Series Paper using the Latte Love dies. This saves time and ensures a perfect match with your card’s theme.
- Fussy Cut the Sentiment: Stamp your chosen sentiment and carefully fussy cut around it to create a custom look. This adds a handmade touch that enhances the overall design.
- Assemble Your Card: Adhere the patterned paper to your card base. Layer the focal point and sentiment on top using adhesive. Consider adding embellishments like sequins or ribbon for extra flair.
- Final Touches: Ensure all elements are securely adhered and your card is well-balanced. Your stunning anytime card is now ready to brighten someone’s day!
