Today I am sharing the BONUS card my Paper Pumpkin subscribers got to make at my November FMN class featuring the October 2017 Paper Pumpkin Pining for Plaid stamp set. I love offering an extra project at class just for my subscribers.
This card was inspired by one created by Dawn Olchefske.
I started with 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ Basic Black cardstock folded in half for my card base.
The Old Olive cardstock strip is stamped with the snowflakes from the kit in Old Olive ink.
The Whisper White cardstock strip as well as the 5-1/4″ x 4″ Whisper White cardstock layer on the card inside were stamped using the pine spring from the Christmas Pines stamp set in Old Olive ink.
When adhering the (4) 1″ x 4″ strips to the card front I placed the top and bottom strips first. This made it super easy to center the other two strips in the space between.
I used the Big Shot and the Stitched Shapes framelits to die cut my sentiment on the card front out of 2-1/8″ x 3-1/4″ Whisper White cardstock.
