Today I am sharing one of the cards we made at our Jan. 2016 Diemonds team meeting featuring the AWESOME Picture Perfect stamp set.
My card base is a piece of 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ Crumb Cake Cardstock folded in half.
The Calypso Coral layer is 5″ x 3 3/4″.
The Whisper White layer is 4 7/8″ x 3 5/8″
To create my focal point on my card front, I used the fabulous Gold Wink of Stella brush to color directly on my stamp and then stamped the gold splatter on my card front. Super cool!
I cut just a sliver from my Tea Lace Doily and then layered my doily, gold metallic thread, burlap ribbon and 1″ designer paper strip with the banner cut end on the card front.
I stamped the first starfish image in Blushing Bride ink onto a scrap of Whisper White cardstock.
I then stamped the 2nd image right on top with the Calypso Coral ink and then fussy cut the image out with my scissors and adhered it to the card front.
For my greeting banner, I cut one end using the Banner punch.
I stamped my greeting in Crumb Cake ink and then punched the other end of the banner. This works great on those narrow strips to get just the right length.
I added a few Metallic Sequins to finish up the card.
