Sending a card to a friend or loved one can really brighten their day. Today’s project is just perfect to let someone know just how awesome they are. This card was inspired by one I saw created by Chris Smith.

I used a baby wipe technique to create the ink pad to stamp the bold floral images from the Bloom By Bloom stamp set in nice Spring colors. I am already tired of the cold gloomy winter weather so this card gave me a nice warm feeling to brighten my day while playing in my craft room.

I am loving the Stitched Rectangle framelit dies! There are rectangles in so many sizes, making layering fast and easy. I highly recommend adding these to your shopping list if you don’t already have them.

The sentiments from the Flowering Desert stamp set gave me the perfect words to express what I wanted to say to my friend.
