One of my favorite products is Vellum cardstock. I love the simple beauty it gives. It’s great to add some soft elements to card layers, especially in a collage card or to tone down a bold Designer Series Paper.
Today I am sharing a stunning and super simple card featuring an embossed Vellum background. I just LOVE all the depth created with the Seashells 3D Embossing folder!
Once I layered the embossed Vellum over one of the soft prints of the Sand & Sea Designer Series Paper (DSP), I decided to keep the additional elements at a minimum so it didn’t take away from the details in the gorgeous background.
Add a seashore vibe to your projects using the Seashells 3D Embossing Folder. It’s a great way to elevate your projects and give them some dimension and texture. Use it on card backgrounds and other elements for paper projects.
Card Layers:
- 4-1/4″ x 11″ (folded in half) Sahara Sand cardstock
- 4″ x 5-1/4″ DSP
- 4-1/4″ x 5″ Vellum cardstock- emboss
- 3″ x 1-1/2″ Basic White cardstock- die cut sentiment
- 1-1/2″ x 1-1/2″ Basic White cardstock- die cut starfish
- 1-3/4″ x 1-3/4″ Sahara Sand cardstock- die cut sand dollar
