Have you ever challenged yourself to try an unexpected color combination? Each month we have a new theme for our swap. It’s so much fun to see all the great projects the team creates. We even award a prize each month to a lucky participant. This swap was a color challenge using Smoky Slate, Seaside Spray and So Saffron…So Fun! The team created some truly wonderful projects featuring these soft colors.

Today I am sharing a gorgeous fun fold Thank You card created by Mary Cook for our recent Diemonds Team swap. This one would also make a great Mother’s Day card.

I love all the little details and layers Mary has in her project. The front panel has a die-cut window that reveals the flower on the next panel. The bottom flips open to reveal the final sentiment and a nice place to write a special note to the recipient. I think it’s really cool that she used one of the lighter patterns of paper from the stunning Fine Art Floral Designer Series Paper (DSP) pack.
