Today I am sharing a cute Birthday card I made using the versatile Painted Harvest stamp set. This set can definitely be used for more than flowers.

Today I am sharing a fun summertime masculine birthday card created by Diemond Carol Curren for our team swap featuring the Pocket full of sunshine stamp set and coordinating Pocket Framelits.

The card in the front pocket slides out revealing the birthday message. Note: you will have to cut off just a bit beyond the tabs along the  sides and bottom of the inside pocket for it to slide down in the outside pocket.

The pocket would be a great place to tuck in a gift card!

• 5 1/2″ x 3″ Designer Paper

Our theme for this highlight is Masculine and I hope you enjoy my card!

Today’s card is one we created at my May 2017 FMN class featuring the Birthday Blast stamp set and Star Blast edgelits that are on the retiring list. So sad to see these going away, but they are on sale (discounted price) so it’s a great time to add them to your personal stash of goodies.

For the background of this card we did a tarnished foil technique. Super cool and easy to do.

Tarnished Foil

The copper foil paper was perfect to use for the star die cut.

We saved the stars from the “trash” and added them to both the inside and outside of the card as embellishments.
