Today I am sharing the awesome sympathy card we made at my July 2018 FMN class featuring the Rooted in Nature stamp set inspired by a card I saw created by Christy Velasquez.

We did a masking technique to burnish the background behind the tree. Don’t you just love the blending of colors in the background?

I used the sentiments from the Kindness & Compassion stamp set. This is a must have stamp set with it’s beautiful font.

Taking care of each other means being there for one another, especially in difficult situations. This is what this set is all about.

Today I am sharing a fun birthday card with a nautical vibe that is perfect for a male or female featuring the versatile Lilypad Lake stamp set and coordinating Lakeside framelit dies. These products are so much fun to play with. You can create so many different looks with the images.

This project was inspired by one I saw created by Mary Deathridge.

I just love how the water turned out on this one. The glimmer paper showing through the layer adds the perfect amount of sparkle to the water.

We used a masking technique to stamp the small birds in the sky with the High Tide stamp set.

Today I am sharing the sweet gift card holder we created at my July 2018 FMN class featuring the Little Elephant stamp set and coordinating Elephant Builder punch.

This stamp set is full of sweet little images.

The Twinkle TwinkIe designer series paper was just perfect to add into all the layers on the front created with the Stitched Labels framelits.

How much do you love the Tufted embossing folder? I love that it looks like a cuddly baby blanket.

On the inside we stamped the pocket using the Stamparatus hinge-step technique. It worked perfectly to line up the little elephants, so they are holding each other’s tails. So cute!

The center collage focal point on today’s card was inspired by one I saw created by Kristi Stoughton.

Do you like the 2 tone leaf we created with the Rock-n-Roll technique? I had not tried that in some time so was good to bring it out again for those that had not learned this one yet.
