Today I am sharing a fun Birthday card created using the Sale-a-bration Irresistibly Yours designer paper and the Celebrate Today stamp set.

I used a brayer to add soft sky ink to the background of the designer paper and then stamped the balloon images in Night of Navy and Marina Mist classic ink.  Just take a napkin and wipe the excess ink off the embossed images to allow the stars to pop!
