I love a shaker card so thought I would take the September 2019 Bone Appétit Paper Pumpkin Kit and create a Halloween shaker card. The Snow Globe Scenes dies made it super fast & easy to put this one together.

How cute is the dancing skeleton inside that globe?

I made the globe a peek through window so you can see to the card inside.

Today I am sharing a fast & easy alternate BONUS project my Paper Pumpkin subscribers that attended the October FMN class got to make using the stamp set from the September 2019 Bone Appétit Paper Pumpkin Kit.

I wrapped the stamped Pumpkin Pie cardstock layer with some twine I had leftover from last Septembers kit before securing it to the card front.

The ornate frame dies add the perfect touch to frame my sentiment. I just love all the details!

Do you love all the fun decorations, dressing up as your favorite character and participating in some ghoulish fun during the Halloween season?

The September 2019 Bone Appétit Paper Pumpkin Kit is perfect to get your creative juices flowing as you prepare for all your Halloween festivities. Today I am sharing an alternate project I made with this kit. This card and it’s dancing skeletons just makes me smile. Wouldn’t your friends & family love to get a fabulous card like this in the mail this season?

I created my own designer paper by stamping the skeleton images all over the Basic Black cardstock layer with Craft White ink. I purposely didn’t ink up the image really well so they would look a bit like an x-ray. What do you think?

The orange and black stripe layer is created by cutting the tops off one of the treat boxes in the kit.

Do you save all your leftover pieces from each of your kits? The leftover twine from last years September kit adds a nice touch to complete my project!

Did you get the September 2019 Bone Appétit Paper Pumpkin Kit? This kit is just fabulous…it has so many super cute elements to make some great Halloween projects.

The kit is intended to make some spooktacular treat boxes, but I thought I would open up a couple of the boxes and create a fun door hanger/ornament.

I used the Gleaming Ornament punch pack to punch out 20 of each of the larger and smaller ornament.

15 of each were punched from the boxes and the other 5 from Basic Black cardstock.

I scored and folded the 15 punched ornament in half and then adhered 3 ornaments together to create each point on the ornament. The black ornament was left flat and adhered to the back of each point.

One end of each group was adhered to a 2-1/2″ Basic Black cardstock circle.

After both layers of the ornaments were in place, I decorated the center using the tags, a 1-3/8″ punched Basic Black scallop circle, Vellum circle and the fun bone spiderweb.

The skeleton hands added a nice finishing touch around the outer edge.

I really wanted to incorporate the dancing skeletons so I grabbed some of the leftover twine from last years kit to create a tail and added them.

I covered the twine on the back with a 1-1/2″ punched Basic Black cardstock circle.

In the pic below you can see how the back side looks.

Each of the skeletons are popped up on a 1-1/2″ punched Basic Black cardstock circle.
