Today I am sharing a simple quick alternate note card I made with the February 2019 Grown With Kindness Paper Pumpkin Kit. The sentiments in this set are perfect for sending messages of encouragement.

I started off with the Whisper White note cards & envelopes for my card base.

Using the Big Shot with the Celebrate You dies, I cut the “you” out of one of the kit card bases I had backed with an adhesive sheet. This made it super easy for me to peel and stick the die-cut to the 4-1/2″ x 3″ wood-grain print from the Floral Romance Designer Series Paper (DSP).

The floral design was stamped using the ink from the kit just below the die-cut.

Next I adhered the DSP to 4-5/8″ x 3-1/8″ Sahara Sand cardstock with SNAIL adhesive and then popped the layer onto the card front with dimensionals.

Simply stamp the sentiment on the card inside to finish it off.

Are you loving the succulents featured in the February 2019 Grown With Kindness Paper Pumpkin Kit?

Today I am sharing a lovely alternate card I made using the stamp set and some of the contents from the kit.

To create my focal point I pulled in some leftover die-cut pieces I had from the March kit to stamp the tea cup twice. I love that there are always additional pieces to mix and match across the kits.

I used the Smoky Slate blends to color in the cup on one of the stamped images and then a blender pen and ink technique to color the succulent of the 2nd stamped image with Fresh Fig ink.

The succulent is fussy cut out  with paper snips and then adhered over the top of the first stamped image with dimensionals to give the image more depth.
