Need a special holiday card to let someone know you are thinking of them this time of year? Today I am sharing a beautiful fun fold easel card created by Jennifer Moretz for our Diemonds team swap featuring products from the Frosted Floral suite on page 37 of the Holiday catalog that is perfect.
I love the depth of the images in the First Frost stamp set and when you combine them with the classically elegant, Frosted Floral designer paper with it’s textured designs printed on shimmery white paper, you create breathtaking projects.
Jennifer created a 6″ x 6″ card that is scored diagonally. The Velvet ribbon is tied with some Silver metallic thread and then adhered to the inside of the card to create a stopper to hold the easel in place when opened.
The focal point in the center of the card is adhered to just the lower half of the card front with SNAIL adhesive.to allow the card front to fold.
I love all the details with the texture created with the Tin Tile embossing folder and the die cuts.
Card layers:
- 6″ x 12″-score one half diagonally- Tranquil Tide card base
- 5-1/2″ x 5-1/2″-cut in half diagonally- DSP
- 3-1/4″ x 3-1/4″ Tranquil Tide cardstock- die cut scallop square
- 3″ x 3″ Galvanized paper- die cut & emboss
- 5-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ DSP (inside)
