Today I am sharing one of the cards we made at my September 2016 FMN class featuring the Paisleys & Posies Bundle.
Paisley is such a timeless trend and I love all the great designs in this bundle.
I learned this great fold from Dawn Griffith.
After I adhered my designer series paper to the card front I used the largest die from the Lots of Labels framelits to cut thru the center of the front of the card.
I then scored a 2 1/2″ x 10″ piece of Night of Navy cardstock at 2″ and 6″ and then folded along the score lines as shown below.
Tip: when you adhere the folded cardstock to the inside of the card base, you want to be sure the Navy cardstock falls inside the top and bottom as well as the far right side of the cutout edge. The small flap of the Navy cardstock is adhered to the card front label cut out.
When the Navy cardstock is fully extended flat you can easily decorate the panels.
When folded the label will go thru the cut out in the card front.
Hope You Enjoy,
