Today I am sharing some quick thank you cards I made with my October Sweet as Pie Paper Pumpkin kit. Click here to see the other projects I made with this kit.
I had so many great pieces left from my kit so I pulled out some Night of Navy, Tangerine Tango, Very Vanilla, Whisper White, Old Olive and Melon Mambo cardstock, the splatter stamp from the Welcome kit and the sequin trim from the September kit and created 8 cards!
I cut the striped edge along the scored line off the leftover tags to use the pieces on the cards.
I could not resist pulling out my big shot and the Tiny Triangles embossing folder and the Party Pennants Bigz die to use on a couple of the cards.
I used my paper snips to clip the edges of the feathers for a bit more texture.
I used the “trash” from my punched out feathers as a mask to sponge feathers on the background of a couple of the cards.
