The May 2015 Birthday Bundle Paper Pumpkin kit is so stinkin cute. I just love this month stamp set.
The kit included 4 of these fabulous die cut bags. Super great quality. I only made one of the bags so I could save them for when I need them.
Next I made 7 cards out of the 6 card bases that came in the kit. I did cut a couple of the printed card bases apart and added some whisper white and calypso coral cardstock. All the pieces were so fun so the projects came together quickly.
On the first card I followed the kit instructions. What a great simple layout.
On my next cards I pulled out my new triple banner punch (love, love love this new punch), fringe scissors and some candy dots to change things up just a bit.
I really like the extra texture the daffodil delight tissue paper gives to the cards.
I also created a couple of cards with pleating the tissue to create a ruffle around some of the layers. I just added adhesive to the back of the layer and used strips of the tissue to easily create this fun look.
I could not resist pulling out my favorite tool (the big shot ) to add a bit of texture to at least one of the cards 🙂
The bird builder punch worked great to create the flame of my candle.
I am super excited to have several fun Birthday cards ready to go! You can never have too many of these on hand.
Did you enjoy this months kit as much as I did? I love that refills are available, but you can only order them if you are a subscriber.
