Today I am sharing one of the fun & easy alternate cards I made from the January 2018 Paper Pumpkin Heartfelt Love Notes Kit.
Sending a love notes throughout the year let’s those special people in your life know how much they mean to you!
I cut the diagonal flap off the front of the kit card base and adhered it to a 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″(folded in half) Basic Black cardbase with SNAIL. I love the pop of copper in the print.
I embossed the sentiment repeatedly along the edge of the printed cardstock in Copper Embossing Powder. I was really happy with how this turned out.
I layered pieces from the kit to create my focal point on the front right. Adding the ribbon with the copper edge was the perfect balance to the layout don’t you think?
I also added 4″ x 5-1/4″ Whisper White cardstock (not pictured) on the card inside to be easily be able to write a note.
