Today I am sharing an adorable love card created using the Dino Days stamp set and coordinating Dino dies that could be used as a Valentine or just to let someone know they are special to you.
This layout was inspired by a sample on page 98 of the Stampin’ Up! annual catalog. Do you use the catalog samples for inspiration? It’s such a wonderful resource.
I love that the background of this project uses some leftover strips of the Dinoroar Designer Series paper (DSP). I am always looking for ways to use up every little piece of our fabulous papers. They are just too pretty to waste.
Card layers:
- 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ (folded in half) Blushing Bride cardstock
- (3) 1-1/2″ x 1″ DSP
- (3) 2-1/2″ x 1″ DSP
- 3″ x 4″ Vellum cardstock
- 2-3/4″ x 3-3/4″ Lovely Lipstick cardstock
- 4″ x 1-3/4″ Whisper White cardstock-die cut
- 2-5/8″ x 3-5/8″ Whisper White cardstock
- 3-1/2″ x 2-1/2″ Whisper White cardstock- die cut
- Scrap Pool Party cardstock- punch
- Scrap DSP- fussy cut
- 5-1/4″ x 4″ 3-1/2″ x 2-1/2″ Whisper White cardstock (inside)
