Today I am sharing a lovely card created by Diemond Nancy Phillips for our team meeting featuring the Lift Me Up bundle from the Occasions catalog.
Don’t you love all the torn paper layers used to create the skyline in the background?
We cut out 3 balloons and folded them in half. Each 1/2 balloon was adhered to the next balloon to create this 3D look. Best of all it all folds flat so can easily be mailed.
