Today I am sharing a festive card inspired by one I saw created by Becky Cowley. Such a fun way to use the Celebrate Today stamp set.
The triangle streamers are stamped across the top of the Whisper White layer in Black Berry Bliss, Coastal Cabana and Crushed Curry classic ink. Then I added the confetti in Silver Encore ink.
I stamped the greeting on Basic Black cardstock in Silver Encore ink and then cut the banner out by hand. I then added a layer of die cut Silver Glimmer paper for additional sparkle.
