Today I am sharing the BONUS card my Paper Pumpkin subscribers got to make at my August 2017 FMN class featuring the July 2017 Positively Picturesque Paper Pumpkin Kit.
This card was inspired by one created by Dena Renkow.
To create today’s card I started with a 2 3/4″ x 2 3/4″ piece of Whisper White cardstock and die cut it with the Stitched Shapes framelits.
Next I stamped all over the die cut circle in Tempting Turquoise ink as shown below.
I stamped “hooray” in Memento black ink on the center of the die cut circle.
I stamped the 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ (folded in half) card base in Memento black ink as shown below. It’s ok for the lines to be crooked-right? 🙂
I stamped the “It’s Your Day” greeting in Memento black ink on a scrap of Whisper White cardstock and then punched it out with the Classic Label punch.
I layered the white punched layer on top of a punch Basic Black cardstock layer with snail adhesive. Tip: Be sure to offset the layers slightly when layering.
Once all the pieces were stamped I adhered them to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals to complete the card.
This layout makes a great masculine card don’t you think?
