What is your favorite season? Hands down summer is the season I look most forward to. Despite the heat we tend to experience in the south, I just love the longer daylight hours and the warmth of the sunshine.
Today I am sharing a fun card I created to celebrate summer. Don’t you love all the bright colors?
I started with 6″ x 6″ Thick White cardstock (folded in half) to create the card base.
Next I added texture to the 5-3/4″ x 2-3/4″ Thick White cardstock layer with the Subtle embossing folder.
I added the brightly colored die-cut letters I created with the Hand-Lettered Prose dies to the card front with liquid adhesive. These dies are a must have in your collection. You can easily create any words you need for all your projects.
The “Horray” is embossed on Basic Black cardstock in White Powder and then punched out with the Classic label punch. Did you notice the banner cut end in the label? After I cut it out, I went back with the point of the punch and created the banner end. Love that there are so many ways to use our products!
The Glimmer Enamel Dots add the perfect finishing touch to complete the card.
