Today I am sharing the BONUS card my paper pumpkin subscribers got to make at my June 2016 FMN class. This card was inspired by one created by Mercedes Weber.
I love how quick and simple this card is.
I started with the Whisper White 5″ x 3 1/2″ note-cards and stamped the hearts in Smoky Slate classic ink using the Perpetual Birthday stamp set. I added a bit of splatter with the Gorgeous Grunge stamp set and Memento Black ink.
I add a 1/2″ strip of the Pop of Pink designer series paper.
Next I adhered the 2″ x 3″ piece of melon mambo and white stripe Pop of Pink designer series paper to the card front.
I used the sweetheart punch to punch out the center of the 1 7/8″ x 2 5/8″ black polka dot paper from the Pop of Pink designer series paper pack. I used the Project Life Corner rounder punch to round each of the corners. I added this layer to the card front with dimensional dots.
I used the Oh, Happy Day stamp set to stamp the greeting in Memento Black ink. The Hi was punched out using the 3/4″ circle punch and then popped up on the card front with dimensional dots.
I stamped the greeting on the inside in Memento Black ink with the June 2015 Paper Pumpkin Happy Thoughts stamp set. I stamped some additional hearts and added a bit of splatter. I flipped the punched heart over and adhered to the card inside.
I stamped some additional hearts and added a bit of splatter to the back of the envelope as well.
