Have you tried creating color blocked cards yet? This is a fun technique that adds so much interest and is really easy to do.
I love the rainbow of colors in today’s project. This layout is inspired by a project created by Marika Lamay.
Punches are a quick and easy way to add interest and depth to your projects. For this project, I used the Under My Umbrella punch to create the colorful umbrellas. Our punches are high quality, affordable, and so easy to use.
Card Layers:
- 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ (folded in half) Thick Whisper White cardstock
- 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ Whisper White cardstock
- 4-1/4″ x 3/4″ Real Red, Marvelous Magenta, Mango Melody, Granny Apple Green and Bermuda Bay cardstock
- 4-1/4″ x 7/8″ Gorgeous Grape and Pacific Point cardstock
- Scraps Basic Black, Granny Apple Green, Marvelous Magenta and Gorgeous Grape-punch
- 2-1/4″ x 1″ Whisper White cardstock-die cut
