Today I am sharing another one of the lovely cards we made at my September FMN class featuring the At Home Bundle.
The At Home With You stamp set has versatile greetings and all-season images will make you feel right at home. Combined with the coordinating At Home framelits, you can create a front porch scene for more versatility than you can imagine.
Isn’t it super cool that you can make the front door open? Love this!
I will caution you that you will want to be sure to double check the die before running it through the Big Shot to create the opening. On my first attempt I cut the door from it’s hinges and had the score line along the opening. Oops!
I was super excited to break out my embossing paste for the first time. It’s so cool and dries very quickly. Once you try it you will be hooked!
I also added in a bit of texture with the direct ink to paper technique to create the front porch. It think it looks a bit like terracotta.
I am loving all the warm fall colors in today’s card!
