I created this card for a recent party I did for my friend Paige that features the Perfectly Artistic Designer Series Paper ,the Balloon Celebration bundle and the Botanical Gardens Designer Vellum stack.

I used the Whisper White Notecards and envelopes to start from.
The balloon strings and greeting are stamped on a 4 1/2″ x 3″ piece of the designer paper. Then layered onto a 4 5/8″” x 3 1/8″ piece of Blushing Bride cardstock.
I punched out balloons in the Botanical Gardens Designer Vellum stack, Blushing Bride cardstock and the AWESOME Bushing bride glitter paper with the Balloon Bouquet punch and adhered them to the card front to finish off the project.
I added a banner with my greeting that I cut 5/8″ x 3 1/2″ and then punched one end with the Hexagon punch.
