I’m thrilled to share with you a vibrant and colorful Birthday card that is sure to make your special someone’s day even brighter. In this project, I’ll be featuring the Round We Go stamp set and coordinating dies from Stampin Up. You’ll learn how to stamp the image all over the white background in multiple colors, create a striking focal point by layering two-toned stamped and die-cut images, and add a contrast banner heat embossed with white on black cardstock. - Stamp the Background: Start by stamping the Round We Go images all over the white cardstock using different colors. This will create a vibrant and playful background.
- Create the Focal Point: Stamp and die-cut images using the Round We Go set in two tones. Layer these images to create a dynamic and eye-catching focal point.
- Heat Emboss the Banner: Cut a strip of black cardstock and stamp your birthday sentiment with Versamark ink. Sprinkle white embossing powder over it and heat emboss to set.
- Assemble the Card: Adhere the layered focal point to the stamped background. Add the heat-embossed banner for contrast and dimension. Finally, mount everything onto a card base.
- Finishing Touches: Add any additional embellishments or details you like to complete your card.
