Today I am sharing a fun card we made at a recent NC Demos event featuring the Hey, Chick stamp set. This is one of the AWESOME FREE products from the Sale-a-bration offering. I just love this crazy chicken!
At the meeting we got to play with the new watercolor pencils as well as learning a technique where we stamped the glasses from the Day at the Beach stamp set on a piece of Window Sheet in Staz-On ink.
We then colored the glasses in with a marker and then added the fine tip glue over the top. The marker doesn’t really dry on the acetate so adding the glue over the top seals in the color.
Once the glue is dry, we cut the glasses out with the paper snips. I didn’t let mine dry all the way so made a bit of a mess on my card:)
