Quickly create flower cut outs for your cards, scrapbooks, and other paper projects using the Small Bloom Punch.
I combined this great punch with the Leaf and Hot Air Balloon punches to create this lovely vase of flowers.
Use the Metallic Twine and add some texture with the Coastal Weave 3D embossing folder to add the finishing touches. Super cute!
