Today I am sharing a quick masculine graduation card that was inspired by one I saw by Cindy Schuster featuring the Going Global stamp set. I just love the clean look of the Crumb Cake on Crumb Cake.

I textured the 4″ x 5 1/4″ Crumb Cake cardstock layer with the World Traveler embossing folder before popping it up on the 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ Crumb Cake card base.
I stamped the compass image in Memento black ink on Crumb Cake cardstock and punched it out with the 2″ circle punch.
I stamped the globe image in Mint Macaron ink on Very Vanilla cardstock and punched it out with the 2″ circle punch.
I stamped one greeting on a scrap of Very Vanilla cardstock and punched it out with the 1 1/2″ circle punch. I stamped the Congrats on a 1/2″ strip of Crumb Cake cardstock and banner cut the end with my snips.
The designer paper circle is punched out with the 1″ circle punch.
I learned how to create the cap from Julie B. Super easy to do.
Start with a 1″ strip of Basic Black cardstock and angle it in your cutter so the far left point lines up to the 3/4″ line on the grid and the right point lines up to the cutting channel. Make your cut.
It should look something like this.
Next flip your 1″ strip over and on the other side of the cutting channel line the edge along the 1″ line on the grid. Make your cut.
It should look something like this. This will be the top of your cap.
For the cap base start with a 1 3/8″ x 1 3/8″ square of Basic Black cardstock. Use your Large Oval punch to cut off about 1/4″ as shown below.
It should look something like this once punched.
Flip the piece over and repeat to punch the other side as shown below.
Once punched it should look something like this.
Adhere the top of the cap to the base with snail adhesive. I aligned the top of the square with the top edge of the cap.
I added a tassel with a min silver brad and some twine.
