Today I am sharing a lovely birthday card I created with the Cake Soiree stamp set and coordinating Sweet Cake dies. This layout was inspired by a card created by Connie Collins.

But look beyond the cake for all-occasion uses–build flowers, send thinking of you messages, and more. It really has so many uses. I think today’s project could easily be used to celebrate mom, a co-worker or a friend.
I love the contrast of the bright flowers and the texture of the Wood Texture designer series paper.

- 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ (folded in half) Early Espresso cardstock
- (2) 4-1/8″ x 5-3/8″ DSP
- 1-1/2″ x 4″ DSP- die cut
- 2″ x 2″ Old Olive cardstock- die cut
- 1″ x 5″ Berry Burst cardstock- die cut
- 1-1/4″ x 3-1/2″ Calypso Coral cardstock- die cut
