Today I am sharing a super sweet swap card created By Zoe Williams for our Diemonds team swap. This lovely card features the Balloon Celebration stamp set and the Perfectly Artistic Designer Series Paper.

The card base is created by folding a piece of 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″Blushing Bride cardstock in half.
The balloon strings and greeting are stamped on a 5″ x 3 3/4″ piece of Vellum cardstock and then she layered the Vellum on top of a 5″ x 3 3/4″ piece of the designer paper. Then layered again onto a 5 1/4″ x 4″ piece of Whisper White cardstock. Next she adhered the layers to the card base using dimensional dots.
Zoe punched out balloons in Vellum cardstock (did you notice she sponged the edges of the vellum?) and the fabulous Bushing bride glitter paper with the Balloon Bouquet punch and adhered them to the card front to finish off her project.
