Today I am sharing a few of the cards I made with my leftover pieces from the Perpetual Birthday Calendar kit featured in the Occasions catalog.
I just love being able to use the “trash” on my card fronts. I think it creates such a nice layer.
I also used the extra die cut shapes and letters to embellish the cards.
Hope You Enjoy,

CreativeLee Yours,
Hi,
I have a question. How did you punch the hearts out? I noticed the hearts and wondered how you did the whole front piece with the hearts all going the same direction? Thanks so much. I had a customer wondering about it as well as me!
Robbie- thanks for your question and I hope my explanation is clear. The perpetual birthday calendar kit comes with sheets of adhesive cardstock stars and hearts (each in 2 different colors). I just kept the negative or “trash” and used it as a layer for my card fronts.
