Today I am sharing a fabulous easel fun fold card we will be making at my March 2020 Forget Me Not (FMN) class using The Timeless Tropical stamp set and coordinating In the Tropics dies. I love that you can currently purchase these as a bundle and save 10%!
Create memorable projects with the retro tropical imagery in the Timeless Tropical Stamp Set. Combine the tropical images with the striking sayings to make greeting cards to brighten someone’s day.
For this project I used a few different techniques to really bring it all together.
The faux suede background added additional texture to the cool 3D embossed layer.
I added a bit of depth to the colors on the pineapple with the some drops of ink in a Spritzer to give it a bit more interest.
The softness of the vellum is such a great contrast to all the other details in the layers.
The Lily Impressions Designer Series Paper created a wonderful layer to bring the design to the inside of the card.
