Today we have a wonderful hop showcasing additional projects we created using the Unbounded Beauty Suite Collection featured in our September 2024 tutorial. I hope you enjoy my creation.
Are you ready to take your cardmaking to the next level? I’m thrilled to share a beautiful, heartfelt card design in Peach Pie and Calypso Coral that’s sure to impress anyone who receives it. This card combines elegant diagonal cutting, delicate layering, and just the right touch of shimmer to create a truly stunning piece.
In the video below, I’ll guide you step-by-step through the process, showing you how to diagonally cut your patterned paper without crushing the corners—a game-changing technique that will elevate your card designs. I’ll also demonstrate how to seamlessly incorporate these cut pieces into your card front and share a clever way to bring your design to the inside of the card for a polished finish.
But that’s not all! We’ll add texture to the background layer using the Simply Zinnia 3D embossing folder, which brings a rich, tactile element to the card. And for a bit of extra sparkle, we’ll use the Flowers of Beauty dies to cut a shimmering element that adds just the right amount of dazzle.
