For my project today I created a gorgeous card with a stunning water colored focal point that can be used for just about any occasion.

I stamped the floral image on Shimmery White cardstock with Memento Black ink and heat embossed with Clear Embossing Powder.

The vibrant flower is colored using the Water Painters with drops of Magenta Madness, Gorgeous Grape, Misty Moonlight and Granny Apple Green re-inkers.
