For my project today I created a shimmer background with plenty of great texture created by applying some Shimmer Paint to the embossed Pretty Peacock cardstock.

I am absolutely loving the Painted Texture 3D embossing folder.

This beautiful layout was inspired by a project created by Ann Alexander.
