Today I am sharing the sweet Bonus card my Paper Pumpkin subscribers got to make at my May 2016 FMN class featuring the All About Everything FREE stamp set we all got in our April kits. This lovely card was one featured by Stampin’ Up!
I started with a piece of 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ Whisper White Thick cardstock folded in half for my card base.
I stamped the background image several times in Soft Sky ink and then stamped the flower stem and leaves in Old Olive ink.
I stamped the flower in Rich Razzleberry and Blackberry Bliss ink and fussy cut out the flower. I added some linen thread to the Gold button and adhered it to the center of the flower with glue dots. I adhered the flower to the card front with dimensional dots.
I created the flower pot with Crumb Cake cardstock. The base of the pot was a square cut 1 3/4″ x 1 3/4″. I then clipped the sides at an angle removing about 1/4″ on each side. I added a small sliver from a Tea Lace Doily and then finished the pot with a 1/4″ x 2″ strip of Crumb Cake cardstock. The greeting was stamped in Early Espresso ink. I adhered the flowerpot to the card front with dimensional dots.
