Today I am sharing an adorable super fast & easy Birthday card I created in my weekly Facebook LIVE featuring the Sweet Ice Cream stamp set (item#154456). I combined masking and stamping off techniques to create this sweet triple decker ice cream cone. It’s looks so good you could just eat it.
