Have you ever wanted to add a little extra pop to your embossed images? Have you tried adding a little color to enhance the texture?

Today I have a fast and easy nature inspired card I created in my Tuesday YouTube LIVE where I added some Soft Suede ink to the trio of embossed tree rings. I love the extra dimension created by simply adding a little bit of ink.

Adding ink directly to the surface of your embossing folder before embossing the cardstock is an easy way to give the embossed image a little more dimension.

PLUS it’s fun to play with adding different colors to create the feel you are looking for.
