Today I am sharing a lovely Gift Card holder we made at Brian Kings World Card Making Day demonstrator event I attended in Atlanta.
I just love the simplicity of the decorated bag with the gift card insert. You can easily change the stamp set on the inside insert for any occasion. These are must to keep on hand all year long!
The Gold Foil striped treat bags are the perfect size to slide you card insert into. We made a super quick tag to add a bit of interest to the bag.
With some quick stamping and simple layers we created a lovely gift card insert that we just dropped down inside the bag.
Card Layers:
- 5 1/4″ x 1 7/8″ Basic Black cardstock- Tag
- 4″ x 1 1/2″ DSP- Tag
- 5 1/2″ x 4 1/4″ Basic Black cardstock- Insert
- 5 1/4″ x 4″ Whisper White cardstock- Insert Back
- 5 1/4″ x 4″ DSP- Insert
- 4 1/2″ x 2 1/2″ (score 1/2″ on 3 sides) Basic Black cardstock- Insert Pocket
The little pocket we added to the front of the insert is just perfect to add a gift card or small treat. On the back of the card we left room to write a nice note.
